My 2 BR 2 BA , first floor condo (no stairs), extremely clean that is a less than 5 minute walk to groceries and restaurants.
It is located in the Galleria area, Midtown Houston - Safe, peaceful and friendly neighborhood. You may go out for a walk and you will see people walking their dogs or getting some exercise.
Historic Galleria Mall & Uptown Park are less than 2 miles away, and Memorial Park is just an eight minute drive.
FULLY FURNISHED - Features a living room with fireplace, private patio, 50 inch Smart HDTV, free high speed WiFi internet. The kitchen boasts granite counter tops, stainless appliance, cookware, glassware and breakfast bar and is open to the living room and dining area. The tasteful and modern decor and furniture creates a comfortable space to live. The master suite has a large walk in closet and gorgeous bathroom with large walk-in shower and a queen bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with a large window looking out the patio. There is a full bathroom in a hallway and laundry room with full size washer & dryer.

The home has been professionally cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival.
We provide:
Bath soap, shampoo, lotion, body wash, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and toiletries for first two weeks of the stay.

Check-in: 3:00pm - 8:00pm
Check-out : before 11 am

Summary: The condo was conveniently located for getting both downtown and to Houston’s attractions. The living space appears to have been recently updated with new floors and kitchen counters. We found it to be ideal for the two of us.

Summary: Everything was great! Great location and amenities. The only suggestion I would make is provide flatware to eat with and utensils to cook with. But we made it work. Glad that we were able to have family to visit I close proximity

Summary: The property was like the pictures. Ground floor, no stairs, and next to the pool. Interior was very clean and comfortable making it feel like home during my stay during my radiation treatments at MD Anderson. Exterior shows its age some and the private patios are very small. We did not use them since next to the pool. The complex is safe with gated access for both vehicles and walking. The walk through gate at back of property leads into the back parking lot of the large next door grocery store, so very convenient. The owner / host was very prompt in responding with any questions or needs. This town house worked out very well for us and I would no reservations recommending to others.

Summary: Kimberley’s cozy place has everything you need! We enjoyed cooking in the well-stocked kitchen and lounging in the very comfortable living room. Beds were comfortable. We arrived when it was dark and were completely happy with the inside. I was surprised the next day when we could see the outside - it definitely could use some TLC.

Summary: We had a lot of family issues to deal with. The property was in a great location for us to take care of things all over Southwest Houston, and being near a fabulous grocery store and lots of restaurants made break time a joy. Everything inside was beautiful. The beds were super comfortable, and we would definitely go back.
